Joyce Brown Vice President/Director, Corporate Marketing Division with Singleton & Partners has more than 15 years' experience in marketing, sales, and accounting in Cleveland and Chicago. She has managed accounts for the State of Ohio Tourism Division, National City Bank now a part of PNC, University Hospitals and Cuyahoga County Public Library. Joyce is a graduate of Notre Dame College in Cleveland, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration.
